  1. I love the first picture. It is just beautiful. To me it surpasses any flowery scenes. I have looked up close. The reflection of the bale in the water next to the blue of the sky… I wonder who lives underneath. There is a little piece of red in the water by the bank. I don’t know what it is but it fits. The cattle gently feeding in the background with the fence leaning maybe tilted by a persistent wind. The bird’s nest now exposed in the treetop. The left over fall colors blended and smudged in the distance. I really like it.

  2. The picture and the poem both, I find to be wonderful. Coming from the prairies, the picture sort of draws forth feelings of warmth and comfort that are simply reinforced by the words that encompass the picture.
