The explication of pain/lack/ennui is your ultimate poetic super power! You make the unsayably dull and dark luminous, exquisite, by dealing in the currency of grief whose flip-side is joy. I’m grateful for both the heartbreak and the call to wakefulness in this marvelous group of poems!
