This music is perfect for a poem that mentions music, and whose internal music comes to life in your voice. Lovely, Bob!

Thanks, Lynne. I’m getting better at these, but there’s still much room for improvement.

Well, you know, regardless, there’s an intimacy and directness to this way of sharing a poem that I (and I’m sure many) like. Hah! You’re not a one-trick pony!

There’s so much more that we can do with the available technology. Little by little…

Robert, what technology do you use to record? My app is OK but could be better.

I use an external mic and the Quicktime application on my mac. I’m learning how to edit audio with Audacity, but am a slow learner. 🙂

I haven’t tried editing yet. I use Voice Recorder.

Maybe I’ll try an external mic.

The mic has made a huge difference. I’d been recording on a digital recorder and an iPhone, with mixed results. Now I’m working on reducing or eliminating the background hiss. The mic reduced it drastically, but I’ve some older recordings that could use cleaning up.
