Another well-crafted and precise poem. I have to say that I love writing, but I wasn’t really schooled in it (especially poetry), so I’m still learning the technical jargon (re the editor’s comment).

Thank you, Shery. I, too, consider myself unschooled. Mostly I’ve learned by reading and by attempting to emulate better writers, to capture some of the essence of what they’ve put on the page. It took me a long time to find my voice. But then I’m slow moving… 🙂
