Love the Hakuin quote … I can reframe my “wasted” morning sits (usually with coffee) while dogs go about their first-thing-in-the-morning releases. I’ve considered my ponders in those moments “puzzling” but “doubting” works better as there is no actual solution to puzzle together. No roadmap even if inclined to be a follower.
