Poems Published at Samjoko Magazine

CloudsSkyFence

A handful of my poems have been published since January, and in the grip of my illness I did not properly acknowledge the publications. I hope to make up for this, at least in part, by providing links to these journals.

My poems “Sometimes I Rain,” “Yesterday’s Ache,” and “Thunder” were published in Samjoko’s winter issue.  I am grateful to the editors for taking these pieces.

  1. Congratulations (yet again!) – these are all multi-reads.
Sometimes I Rain: “If she could see me now ..” triggers all sorts of inner swirling … several in my past would just not believe the me I am now. Likely none would’ve deemed me compliant, but certainly found fault with my hesitance to say what I really wanted. Love your solitary raven … solitary periodically one of my personal essentials.
Yesterday’s Ache: Very stirring reminder to savor what’s alive and kicking in the moment … none of it permanent … including our fragile selves.
    Thunder: Still rereading, puzzling …
