I’m participating in the Open Mic at Words and Feathers. My contribution is “How to Write a Poem,” which has appeared here twice in the past year. Kudos to Crow for hosting this virtual reading!

  2. I love it. I have looked for some spoken word events around where I am and it just isn’t here much. I love to hear how the poet meant for his/her words to flow. My favorite part of your work, always, is when you throw that one line in to shake everything back up. Everything was so tranquil and even and then you stepped in dog shit. šŸ™‚ It always makes me smile and comes right when it should to stir the poem up. Thank you for sharing this!
